What ages and grade levels does Mathified support?

Mathified offers tutoring for students in grades K–12. Sessions are tailored to each student’s current math level, classwork, and goals.

How does the 15-minute free assessment work?

You’ll meet your tutor on Google Meet for a quick diagnostic. We’ll review:

• Current math classwork

• Areas of strength

• Any challenges

• Your goals for support

Do I get to choose my tutor?

Mathified pairs your student with the best available tutor based on grade level, schedule, and teaching style. (Requests can be accommodated when possible.)

How do monthly subscriptions work?

Each subscription includes a set number of tutoring hours per month. You can use them for 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, or a mix. Hours reset monthly.

How do I schedule sessions?

After signing up, your Mathified parent account unlocks the booking calendar. You can choose any available time slot that fits your schedule.

What platform do sessions use?

All tutoring takes place on Google Meet. Your booking confirmation and reminders include your session link.

Is homework support included?

Yes. Students can bring homework, test prep, class assignments, and skill-building questions to any session.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes. You may cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before the session start time.

Do unused tutoring hours roll over?

Not at this time. Hours renew on your monthly billing date.

Are group sessions available?

Not currently. All sessions are private, 1-on-1 tutoring.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime through your Mathified.com account or by contacting support.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes — additional students receive discounted monthly subscriptions. Contact support for details.

Can I book a single session instead of a subscription?

Yes. Single 30-minute or 60-minute tutoring sessions are available without a subscription.
