Mathified.com – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mathified, your child’s success matters to us. We keep our refund and cancellation process simple and fair:

Single Tutoring Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• If a tutor must cancel for any reason, you will receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the session rescheduled at no cost.

   

Monthly Subscription Plans

• • Payments already processed are non-refundable.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

    Subscriptions can be canceled any time, but:

     

• Unused tutoring hours do not roll over to the next month.

 

Missed Sessions / No-Shows

• If your student does not attend a scheduled session and no notice is given, the session is counted as used.

 

Technical Issues

If a session is impacted by technical problems (Mathified’s system, tutor connectivity, or platform issues), we will:

• reschedule at no charge, or

• credit the time back to your account.
