Welcome to Mathified.com. By using our website, booking services, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Mathified.com (“Mathified,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides online math tutoring services for K–12 students. All tutoring sessions are delivered virtually using Google Meet.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Tutoring Services

Mathified provides:

• 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions

• Free 15-minute assessments

• Monthly subscription plans with a set number of tutoring hours

• Single-session bookings

Tutoring results may vary depending on student engagement, attendance, and participation.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

By subscribing, you authorize Mathified to automatically charge your payment method on your billing date unless the subscription is canceled in advance.

3.2 Non-Renewal / Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund already-paid months.

3.3 Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used months, missed sessions, or unused tutoring hours.

4. Session Scheduling & Rescheduling

4.1 Booking Sessions

All tutoring sessions must be booked online through the Mathified booking system.

4.2 Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the session start time, subject to tutor availability.

4.3 Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If a student misses a session or arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session may be considered completed.

Missed sessions are not refundable and do not roll over.

 

5. Monthly Hours

Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of tutoring hours per month.

• Hours do not roll over to the next month

• Hours reset on the billing date

• Hours may be used for 30-minute or 60-minute sessions

 

6. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection

• A working camera and microphone

• Access to Google Meet

• Any schoolwork or materials needed for the session

Mathified is not responsible for technical issues on the customer’s side.

 

7. Student Safety & Conduct

Mathified tutors maintain a professional learning environment. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if a student or parent behaves inappropriately, disrupts sessions, or violates safety policies.

 

8. Content Ownership

All materials, branding, videos, graphics, and written content on Mathified.com remain the intellectual property of Mathified and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

 

9. Privacy

Personal information is used solely to provide tutoring services and manage your account. Mathified does not sell or share personal data with third parties except for essential service providers (e.g., Shopify, Google Meet).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
